Our History

On April 1, 2020, Rev. Spencer T. Clayton, Ph.D. became the Senior Pastor of Your Will Christian Ministries—the church that he had helped his cousin Rev. George Nelson launch over 10 years prior. At the time, Pastor and First Lady Clayton had already been praying about their next steps in ministry and were clear that they were called to launch a new ministry someday. With the encouragement of the leadership of Your Will Christian Ministries, Pastor Clayton launched Pivot Point Gathering on January 8, 2023. The leadership of Your Will Christian Ministries then agreed to merge with Pivot Point Gathering.
